The successful candidate will:

At least a level 3 childcare qualification
Applicants should have at least 1 years leadership experience
Duties will include:
Working with the Area Manager and senior leadership team to strive to make childcare an experience involving the whole family
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Nursery, encouraging good practice by the staff team with regard to individual and group work with the children.
Support and develop the nursery team
Working with the company policies, procedures and frameworks
Develop excellent communications with parents/carers
Oversee the Education Lead and monitor and feedback on children's structured development
Working with the team formulate, operate and evaluate a programme of activities, suitable for the age range of the children
Prepare for OFSTED inspections
Ensure that all safeguarding requirements are met to maintain children's safety and well-being.
