Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery Lead and support a dedicated team of early years professionals Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education are maintained Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff Manage administrative tasks including staff rotas, recruitment, and Ofsted compliance

What We Are Looking For:

Enthusiastic, motivated, and approachable Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an early years setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills
