Job Purpose:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated
Nursery Manager
to lead and oversee the daily operations of our early years setting. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding for all children, while effectively managing staff, resources, and regulatory compliance. The Nursery Manager will foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the setting at all times. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies. Monitor and evaluate practice and performance to ensure continuous improvement. Manage the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff. Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and administrative duties efficiently and effectively. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and prepare for inspections and audits as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,940.00-28,404.00 per year
