?Our client's nursery is based in Kentish Town. Our client has completed a restoration of a former post office, the space is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support every element of their early years curriculum. The nursery have large playrooms which are filled with natural light. There's a specialist art and cooking room, while outside, the garden comes complete with a water play area, mud kitchen and sandpit.
Our client is looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for their nursery in Kentish Town. Our client was established in 2017 and currently operate 48 nurseries.
Nursery Manager - Key Responsibilities
Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
Develop and maintain highly professional working relationships with relevant Local Authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies.
Manage the occupancy to ensure it shows growth and meets the business aims.
Maintain accurate accounts for the nursery and produce management information in accordance with company procedures.
Manage, monitor and control budgets and maintain petty cash systems.
Identify training needs, develop a training plan and evaluate training undertaken by staff.
