Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Ministars Childcare Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and early childhood education while managing daily operations effectively. The position is located in Great Britain.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. Lead, motivate, and support staff to provide high-quality childcare and education. Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to children's developmental needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and wellbeing. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize nursery performance. Foster a safe, welcoming environment that encourages children's growth and learning.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in a managerial role within a nursery or childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification in childcare or early years education is preferred.
