Essentials skills and qualifications include:
Nursery management experience (3+ years)
A strong record of ongoing training and/or professional qualifications
Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team
Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education
A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families
Responsibilities include:
Day-to-day management of the Nursery
Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery
Complete CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice in your setting, & cascade this learning to your team
Actively promote your setting to new and potential families
Make sure the setting's policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop and flourish
Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children can reach their full potential
