Nursery Manager

We are looking for a manager to come and join us for a 12 month maternity period(beginning September 2025) . Not just to start a new job but to join our nursery family. We are an small 31 place OFSTED good provider nursery and have a well-established team and support network here in our setting. Our outstanding team creates a fun working environment with lots of laughter, not just for the children but for the staff too. Where both our children and staff are encouraged to be themselves.

If you are passionate, creative, and enthusiastic in supporting children through their first years and want give children the best start possible here is where you can make that happen. Here at The Learning Tree, we strive to ensure the children in our care become confident learners and achieve to the best of their ability and potential. We do this with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Development Matters.

Candidates will need to have a minimum of level 3 qualification or equivalent. Alongside previous management experience in an early years based setting. An extensive understanding and training in how to safeguard all children. Further training such as first aid, DSL safeguarding etc will be arranged when employment commences.
