Flower Pots Day Nursery is seeking an experienced and qualified Manager at Level 3 or higher to join our friendly team at our Tring location. This is a full-time position that offers the successful candidate opportunities to advance their childcare career through additional training and promotion possibilities. This post is for up to 12 months maternity cover.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, safeguarding their interests at all times. Managing the nursery smoothly by following all company policies and procedures. Maintaining best practices in all rooms, ensuring appropriate ratios and observing and recording the children's development through age-appropriate activities. Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff. Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents, and staff. Leading the team within your room to ensure best practices are maintained and high standards are upheld. Ensuring occupancy levels are maintained.

Applicants for this role must possess a clean enhanced DBS check. Flower Pots Day Nursery will arrange for this to be obtained when you begin your employment. A full and relevant Level 3 qualification and previous management experience within an early years setting are also required.
