A highly experienced childcare professional with strong leadership and organisational skills. Proven background in managing staff, operations, and compliance within an Early Years setting. Someone motivated, reliable, and ready to dedicate themselves fully to an exciting leadership role. A confident decision-maker who thrives on responsibility and is excited by the chance to help establish something new and special.
