We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in our new Nursery.

What You Need to Succeed
For this role you will need:
Demonstrable experience working in an early years setting or at least two years' other suitable experience.
At least a Level 3 early years' education and childcare qualification or equivalent, preferably with a commitment to obtaining a level 4/5 qualification.
Sound understanding of child development, and of children's needs.
Ability to plan and implement a pre-school curriculum, taking into account the SEN Code of Practice, child protection procedures and equal opportunities considerations.
Demonstrable and detailed knowledge of current legislation relevant to the early years.
Ability to work with parents and families to encourage their involvement.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff, overseeing the Nursery's operations and ensure a high standard of care and learning
A thorough understanding of the Early Years framework and relevant OFSTED guidelines is essential
