Nursery Manager

to lead our team and champion exceptional early years care and education.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a dedicated team of early years professionals. Working alongside our Head of Education to deliver a vibrant, child-centred curriculum that supports every child's unique learning journey. Building strong, trusting relationships with parents through open communication and genuine partnership. Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, nurturing, and fully compliant with all regulatory standards. Managing the day-to-day operations including staffing, occupancy, budgets, and administration. Promoting continuous improvement and professional development within your team. Staying up to date with current best practice, early years guidance, and Ofsted expectations.
What We're Looking For:

A full and relevant

Level 3 qualification

(minimum) in Early Years Education. Proven leadership experience within a childcare or nursery setting. A confident, positive leader who can inspire and develop a team. Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
