OUTSTANDING OFSTED NURSERY*
We are an independent nursery that opened in September 2021 with an 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted. The position is available due to our current Nursery Manager transferring to our brand new setting in Great Chesterford in 2026.
The position is for a full time Level 3 or above Nursery Manager to work at Blossom Barn Nursery, 40 hours per week.

Rates of pay for all positions are dependent upon experience and qualifications and will be discussed at the interview stage.

Purpose of post
Ensuring a high standard of physical, personal, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for all children in the nursery To ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety is promoted Supervision of and support to the team members within the nursery, thereby implementing high standards of quality practices The day-to-day management of the nursery including quality improvement, marketing and administration.
