Nursery Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing inspirational leadership and managing daily operations. Ensuring the nursery meets all EYFS and Ofsted standards, striving for an 'Outstanding' rating. Overseeing a creative and engaging curriculum. Managing all operational aspects, including staffing, budgets, and health and safety. Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and prioritizing the well-being of every child. Building strong relationships with parents and external agencies. Leading staff development, from recruitment to ongoing training.

We're looking for someone with:

A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (a Level 5+ leadership qualification is a plus). Proven experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting. In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted frameworks. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with budget management. A current Paediatric First Aid certificate and DSL training (or willingness to complete it).
