Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team of dedicated, experienced staff. Our nursery takes up to 72 children per day, 5 rooms and 30 staff including the kitchen, admin and bank staff.

The person we hire will have an enjoyment of spending time in the rooms with the children to role model and support good practice but also to support the staff team where needed.

The Nursery Manager must know the children and their families well to ensure they can support them in the most important years of the child's life.

They should have excellent organisational, administration and time management skills, with full knowledge of the EYFS.

The manager will need to ensure all legislation in relation to regulatory bodies, inclusion, safeguarding and health and safety is complied with and that company policies and procedures are updated, adhered to and implemented.

To effectively manage and day-to-day running of the nursery, including finances, staff well-being, supervisions and many other important tasks - We use the Famly App which makes this task a lot easier.

Minimum Level 3 NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, Early Years Diploma

Minimum of 2 years Managerial experience

Experience of Ofsted Inspections in a Nursery setting.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
