Nursery Manager
to lead our beautiful, well-established nursery incentral Wimbledon
.What we're looking for:
A confident, positive, and experienced Nursery Manager with a
proven track record
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team of 12 staff Experience in managingOfsted inspections
Excellent knowledge and practical application of theEYFS
Safeguarding Lead trained, with a robust understanding of child protection Skilled instaff recruitment, training, and development
, liaising effectively with the local authority A strong communicator who iscustomer-facing
, occupancy-focused, and confident in managing day-to-day nursery operations, including staff absence and complianceWhat we offer:
