About the Role
We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy
Assistant Marketing & Digital Automation Executive
to join our growing team. This role focuses on
website management, digital automations, and online marketing systems
, supporting the Marketing Manager with exciting campaigns and community projects across our nurseries.

Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain the company website (WordPress).
Build and edit landing pages for campaigns and events.
Assist with coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and plugin management.
Set up and manage automations in GoHighLevel, Divvi, and CRM tools.
Create and test forms, dashboards, and data tracking systems.
Analyse website traffic and campaign performance.
Support digital content uploads and ensure brand consistency.
Occasionally assist with social media scheduling and engagement.
Requirements
? Experience or qualification in
Digital Marketing, Web Design, or a related field
? Familiarity with
WordPress, GoHighLevel, or other automation tools
? Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
? Understanding of
SEO
and Google Analytics is a plus
? Strong organisational and communication skills
? Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
Drivers License is preferred.

About the Role
The Assistant Marketing & Digital Automation Executive will support the Marketing Manager in delivering innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to promote the nursery group's brand and engagement. This role focuses heavily on the
technical and digital side
of marketing -- including website management, automation systems, data tracking, and online process improvement -- while assisting with general marketing tasks, campaigns, and creative projects.
You'll be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for
tech, design, and digital optimisation
, eager to learn and support a fast-paced, community-driven marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Website & Digital Systems
Maintain and update the company website using
WordPress
, ensuring all pages, plug-ins, and forms are up to date and functioning correctly.
Build and edit
landing pages
for campaigns, events, and new nursery openings.
Support the Marketing Manager with
coding adjustments (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
to align with design and functionality goals.
Manage integrations and automations through
GoHighLevel, Divvi, and other CRM tools
.
Create, test, and troubleshoot
digital forms, event registrations, and tracking tools
.
Analyse website performance and suggest improvements for SEO, usability, and conversions.
Ensure all digital assets align with brand standards and are stored systematically on Google Drive.
2. Marketing Automations & Data Management
Set up, test, and maintain
email workflows
, lead capture forms, and enquiry automations.
Assist in developing dashboards for marketing data and performance tracking.
Collaborate with management to create
data-driven reports
from Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign platforms.
Support in linking automation tools with nursery systems for streamlined communication and follow-ups.
Help identify areas where
automation or AI tools
can improve marketing efficiency.
3. Content & Creative Support
Work alongside the content creator and Marketing Manager to ensure website and automation copy aligns with campaigns.
Upload and optimise digital assets (images, videos, blogs) for SEO and fast load times.
Occasionally support social media scheduling and respond to basic online enquiries when needed.
Create visually appealing online materials such as banners, event graphics, and campaign visuals using Canva or Adobe Suite.
4. Continuous Improvement & Learning
Keep up to date with trends in web design, automation, and digital marketing.
Proactively research solutions to technical issues or new digital tools that can enhance workflows.
Participate in marketing meetings and training sessions to align with company vision and brand strategy.
Support in testing and launching
new nursery websites or microsites
as part of the group's expansion.
Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of
WordPress
, website builders, and plug-ins.
Basic to intermediate
coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
.
Familiarity with
GoHighLevel, Divvi
, or other CRM/automation tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and act on insights.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Creative eye for layout, design, and digital branding consistency.
Eagerness to learn new platforms and support evolving marketing needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience or education in
Digital Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field

Previous experience in a marketing or technical support role is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of
SEO

CRM systems
preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
