We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Market Strategy specialist to lead the development and execution of growth strategies across our nurseries.

A Marketing specialist in the Early Years sector focuses on promoting childcare services and resources to parents/guardians. The role typically involves a range of marketing activities, including online and offline campaigns, social media engagement and public relations to attract new clients and maintain occupancy.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies
This includes creating and executing plans to attract new parents and children, focusing on both online and offline channels.

Managing digital marketing campaigns
Creating engaging content for various platforms, such as social media, websites and brochures to showcase the nursery and its offerings.

Building brand awareness
Ensuring the nursery's vision and values are effectively communicated to the target audience.

Event planning and execution
Organising and executing events to promote to nursery, such as open days, workshops and children's activities

Collaborating with other teams
Working with other stakeholders to establish and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Duties include:

You will work closely with senior leadership to align business goals with actionable market insights, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Create compelling content for various platforms. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to agree strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and experience:

Proven experience in marketing and an interest in the Early Years or childcare sector. Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the use of marketing software tools. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A proactive approach with the drive to innovate and improve marketing strategies continuously.
