We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care and support to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating nursery environment that is inclusive and welcoming for all children. Assist in the management of daily nursery operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the nursery space. Provide leadership support to junior staff members, guiding them in best practices for childcare and early education.

Experience

Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to effectively supervise staff and support their professional development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential transportation needs related to nursery activities or outings.
