Summary
We are seeking two passionate, qualified, dedicated Nursery Nurses to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the growth and development of young children aged 0-5 years. Our nurseries are forever evolving inline with legislation and practice and are committed to training and developing our staff so they are confident in practice and deliver the best standard of care and education to young children aged 0-5 years.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement and assess engaging activities that promote children's development and learning inline with our nursery curriculum and legislation with guidance from leadership.
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged from 0-5 years and grow your understanding of safeguarding with guidance from leadership.
Develop meaningful and confident relationships with children, parents, carers and professionals to become confident in your practice to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Understand the theory that underpins your practice to establish a confidence in your role as a nursery nurse.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualified inline with the requirements of the Department of Education.
Maths and English level 2 or GCSE grade 4
All other training will be given to safely carry out the role.
We also offer level 5 apprenticeships to level 3 staff who want to progress into leadership.
