We are looking for a Nursery Nurse to join our Team.

Curious Explorers Day Nursery in Fleet is a small Day Nursery. We have created a real home away from home feel where children spend lots of time outdoors, in the forest and go for walks in our local environment.

This amazing position will require you to:

Care for and love the children in your care.

Help children become independent, creative, and confident young people.

Ensure that children reach their full potential by planning exciting and stimulating activities in your specified room.

Sing, play, read and tell lots of stories.

Not being scared to get dirty and having fun.

Be happy to spend times outdoors.

Take children on walks around the local environment and take part in Forest School Sessions.

Communicate well with parents and carers. This includes maintaining electronic learning journeys.

You will need a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and have a willingness and dedication to work as part of a team.

Be able to work as part of our management team to ensure that Curious Explorers' vision is embedded.

Working hours:

Curious Explorers open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and is closed for the Christmas week.

40/45-hour shifts are desirable (8/9/10 hours work 4/5 days a week) that can be discussed during your interview.
