About the Role

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at KKDC Aylesbury. If you're passionate about early years education and love helping children learn, play, and grow, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality care and support for children Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities Observe and record children's development, sharing feedback with parents Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and rest Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursery setting Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (required) Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred) Strong understanding of child development and EYFS standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Warm, patient, and caring approach Awareness of health and safety in childcare settings

Requirements

Education:

Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent

Experience:

1 year in childcare (preferred)
