Level 3 Early Years Practitioners

to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of young children.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework. Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes each child's development and learning. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and assessments. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting concerns promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and supportive team.
Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

(e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent). Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for working with young children. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one). Knowledge of safeguarding policies and a commitment to upholding child protection standards.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
