Duties

Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood education and development. Provide individual attention to children, catering to their specific needs and interests. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating nursery environment that encourages exploration and learning. Drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences through creative play and structured activities. Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding junior staff members and supporting their professional development. Document children's progress and maintain accurate records as required by regulatory standards.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or related qualifications is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Leadership experience is beneficial for those looking to take on additional responsibilities within the nursery environment. A genuine love for childcare and the ability to manage various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude are key attributes for success in this role.
