We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our early childhood education team.

Duties
Supervise and care for children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood development
Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and social interaction
Support children's emotional and behavioural needs through positive reinforcement and guidance
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
Collaborate with colleagues to organise daily routines and special events
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and wellbeing
Assist with the organisation of nursery resources, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
Skills
Experience working with children, ideally within early childhood education or childcare environments
To fully understand your roles and responsibilities in regard to safeguarding
Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific needs
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
Organised with the ability to plan activities that stimulate learning and development
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to individual children's needs
To have a solid understanding on the EYSF and child development
To be eager to extend your proffessional development in learning and education through training and mentoring
