We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for Early Years to join our family. The candidate will need to be able to read a book upside down, be able to sing in (or out) of tune in front of many little people and to have a smile on your face all day, every day.
Hours - 30 hours over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
The role in Early Years is incredibly rewarding as you will be loved by many, have the privilege to watch them learn and develop and work as part of a passionate team.
- NVQ Level 3 as a minimum is required
- Knowledge of basic childcare practices and safety guidelines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
