We are looking for a caring, experienced, and enthusiastic SEN Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As an SEN Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children with identified special educational needs within our nursery. You will work closely with our SENCo, staff,parents and external professionals to ensure that every child receives individualised support and opportunities to reach their full potential.

SEN-Focused Duties:

Provide small group support for children with SEN, adapting activities to meet individual needs Implement, monitor, and review Individual Plans/ Targets Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure continuity of care and support Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning to track children's progress Promote inclusion and ensure all children feel valued and supported within the setting

General Nursery Practitioner Duties:

Support the SENCO in providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment Contribute to planning and setting up age-appropriate activities Support children's personal, social, and emotional development Ensure high standards of health, safety, and hygiene at all times

About You:

Minimum Level 3 Full and Relevant Early Years Qualification

Experience working with children with additional needs Strong understanding of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children's individual needs
