Humly is working with a Fantastic Nursery helping them to recruit for a Level 3 Senior Practitioner , caring for children aged 3 months to 4 years.
You will be working alongside other senior staff reporting to the nursery manager, helping in the organisation of the nursery and giving each of your team guidance and support to reach their full potential, when working together creating, planning and carrying out the children's fun activities to best help every child develop and flourish.
Each room is dedicated to a particular age group, with a full range of resources.
Outdoor play is a focus in all weathers. Our natural large shady gardens have a great variety of learning experiences outdoors, with different areas and resources to suit each age group, constantly being developed with your ideas. We have everything from Forest School areas under our large trees, hideaways and mud kitchens to balancing water and weighing equipment, plus plenty of bikes and active games too of course.
The successful candidate
must be qualified to a minimum level 3 in Early Years or Childcare with 2 years nursery experience including supervision of a small team.
You will be caring and sensitive with a real passion for helping children develop and have fun!
Salary - 25,545 per annum, 37.5 hours per week
Holidays - Minimum 5.6 weeks including bank holidays

Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursery staff in delivering high-quality childcare and early childhood education.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development.
Engage with children through play and educational activities, promoting their learning and social skills.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Assist in managing daily operations and contribute to the leadership of the nursery team.
