Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting. Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Work collaboratively with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure children's safety and well-being.
Person Specification

Must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification. Proven experience in a childcare setting. Strong understanding of child development and early years education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to continuous professional development. Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
