Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children's development, providing high-quality care, and working closely with colleagues to deliver the EYFS curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS. Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences. Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families. Ensure that children are safe, happy, and thriving within the nursery. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an enabling and stimulating environment. Support new staff or apprentices through role modelling and teamwork. Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records. Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies at all times.

Requirements

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in an early years setting. Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS. Good communication and teamwork skills. A caring, positive, and professional attitude.

Pay: 13.00-13.30 per hour
