13.40 per hour, plus benefits

Full-time, part-time patterns may be considered

Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week | Shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Provide high standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning journeys Maintain accurate and effective children's records Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times Promote inclusive practice and support children with additional needs Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment Support students and contribute to team development

What We're Looking For

Essential:

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS A caring, flexible, and proactive approach Strong communication and organisational skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

Desirable:

Post-qualifying experience in a private day nursery Experience of Ofsted inspections Experience supporting children with SEN Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates
