As a Room Supervisor, you'll lead a team within one of our nursery rooms, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to thrive.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent Experience in a nursery setting with supervisory responsibilities Strong communication and organisational skills A warm, child-centered approach

Duties

Lead and support nursery practitioners in daily routines and planning Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and EYFS curriculum delivery Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Monitor and evaluate room practices to support continuous improvement

Experience

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their development is crucial for success in this role.
