What You'll Do:

As Bank Staff, you'll be called upon to support the team during busy periods, staff absences, or when we simply need an extra pair of hands. Your role may include:

Supporting children's play, learning and development Assisting with daily routines, including meals and hygiene Ensuring a safe, happy, and stimulating environment Working collaboratively with the team to meet the individual needs of every child

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children Flexibility and reliability Good communication skills Willingness to follow policies and procedures A Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is a bonus, but not essential--we welcome unqualified applicants with the right attitude and enthusiasm
