Kidzrus Forest School is a unique and diverse setting, that focuses on staff and children well-being with a community of play-based learning and providing children with real life experiences.
We have the following contracts available:
24.75 hours per week (3 days)
33 hours per week (4 days)
35 hours per week (4 days)
41.25 hours per week (5 days)
Competitive pay scheme above minimum wage brackets for qualifications held. Pay is dependant on age brackets in line with NMW/experience
Job requirements
Level 2 Childcare qualification over minimum wage
Level 3 Childcare qualification 12.80
Passion for childcare, and child development
Practitioners who will role model the ethos of the nursery
Ability to be flexible within your job role
Experience being a key worker
Building relationships with parents and children
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Open to feedback on practice to provide the best for the children
