About Us
Since 1983, Dingley's Promise has been leading the way in early years support for children with SEND. Across our five specialist centres in the UK, we create safe, nurturing environments for children aged 0-5 to learn and grow through personalised, play-based approaches. We also support families and early years settings to build inclusive practices and improve outcomes for every child.
Your Role
As an
Early Years Practitioner
, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive early years education and care at our Droitwich centre.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
Acting as a
Key Person
for a small group of children--observing their progress, planning tailored activities, and supporting their development
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic and inclusive support
Helping ensure the daily smooth running of the centre and upholding Dingley's values of compassion and inclusion
Working Hours:
Term-time sessions run from
9:15am to 2:45pm
, with staff hours from
9:00am to 3:00pm
. You may also have the opportunity to work during our
holiday playschemes
(up to 9 days per year).
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants who are:
Qualified to
Level 2 or Level 3
in Early Years or Childcare
Experienced in or enthusiastic about working with children with SEND (training provided)
Kind, patient, and committed to inclusive, child-centred practice
Great communicators who work well in a team and with families
