We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our Out door woodland team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for working outdoors. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
We have two roles available, a leadership role and practitioner role. WE have opportunities for you to develop your skills through our management training and SENCo training programmes
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of each child.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
Maintain a safe and hygienic nursery environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
Collaborate with team members to create a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting best practices in childcare.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
A Passion for working with children with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
