We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Practitioner to join our team, providing a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and play. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children between the ages of 2-11years. You will be responsible for facilitating activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development in a nurturing setting.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and learning.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
Maintain a clean and organised play area, ensuring all equipment is safe and suitable for use.
Support children in developing social skills, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes inclusivity.
Keep accurate records of children's progress and any incidents that may occur during sessions.
Requirements
Experience working with children is desirable.
A background in early childhood education or related qualifications is highly desirable.
Strong management and leadership abilities to guide activities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and staff confidently.
A passion for working with children and fostering their development in a supportive environment.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
