Nursery Practitioner Bank Staff
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can come in as and when required. This job will suit an individual who does not wish to work everyday but is available when required. Our nursery opening times are between 9am-3pm. We are looking for a part-time, qualified level 2 or 3 nursery practitioner to work with our children aged between 9 months-5 years old.
Each day, you will be making a difference to children's lives as your support them to learn, play and grow. No two days will be the same as you work in the room with the children, using your experience to care for them, track their progress and plan fun activities to support their development.
You should have a good knowledge of the EYFS, be self-motivated and have at least one year experience of working with this age range.
You must have a relevant and recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years/childcare (please note, Health and Social Care is not a relevant qualification for this role).
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Supported supervision of our children.
Supervising and monitoring the safety of the children.
Planning day to day activities.
Building strong relationships with parents.
Keeping records of children's progress, routines, and interests.

The successful candidate will be subject to references and an enhanced DBS check.
