Job Summary:

We are looking for a flexible and dedicated individual to work as a Casual Nursery Bank Staff. As a bank staff member, you will be required to work on a casual basis, providing cover for staff absences and supporting our nursery team as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery
Assist with planning and delivering activities, games, and creative play
Help to create a safe and welcoming environment for children
Support children's physical, emotional, and social development
Work effectively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:

No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills
A childcare qualification level 2 or level 3 or (willing to undertake training
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care
Desired Qualifications:

Childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare)
First aid training (willing to undertake training)
DBS clearance
