We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our

Bank Staff Team

. This flexible role is perfect for someone who is passionate about childcare and enjoys working as part of a supportive and professional team.

As Bank Staff, you'll help cover shifts during staff absences, holidays, or busy periods. Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or more regular work, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the care and development of children aged 0-5 years Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a fun and stimulating environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a professional or voluntary setting A genuine passion for working in childcare Flexibility to work different shifts across the week A positive, can-do attitude
(A childcare qualification is desirable but not essential - we welcome applicants with relevant experience!)
