Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our nursery. Your responsibilities will include supervising and engaging with children, planning and implementing activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:
- Supervise and interact with children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Monitor children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of [1 ] year of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare)
- Knowledge of child development and eyfs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
