Both Aurora nurseries in Bexhill, one at Glenleigh Park and one at King Offa are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic
nursery practitioner
to join our fantastic team. The nursery works closely with the main school and boasts great facilities both the inside and outside environment. We work with other nurseries from across the trust to share best practice to allow all of our children to achieve the best possible outcomes. Aurora Academies Trust operates four nurseries at its schools in Bexhill and Eastbourne, all are rated at least good by Ofsted.

Role and responsibilities include:
Working with children to provide high quality care and education
To support the Nursery manager with any tasks delegated to you and with the overall running of the nursery.
Working closely with your team around you
Liaising with parents, helping to support their whole family
Ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children within your area
Supporting and maintaining daily routines
Providing a high quality, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

The salary shown reflects an interim 2025/2026 pay award, pending completion of the negotiations between the National Employers and the Trade Unions. The difference between this and what is agreed as the final pay award will be paid as a lump sum back pay, when announced by the government and the Trade Unions.
