About the Role:

You will work closely with your colleagues including the Nursery Manager and Deputy, to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You'll be a key figure in supporting both the care and education of our children, and in developing a motivated, high-performing team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Work with your Room Leader to deliver an outstanding level of education and care Share your ideas and knowledge with the team to help keep learning activities fresh and exciting for the children Be prepared to play, sing, dance, create props and generally be a wonderfully fun and creative person for children to be inspired by Know the EYFS back to front and inside out so you can help children develop Ensure you work to all OFSTED and statutory requirements Form secure relationships with children ensuring they feel safe and cared for everyday Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance standards are consistently met Foster strong partnerships with parents Help create a warm, welcoming environment where children, families and staff thrive
About You

Level 2 or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent) - essential Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health and safety A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about delivering outstanding care and education
