Key Responsibilities



Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5. Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities to support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Observe, assess, and document children's progress to tailor learning experiences. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Ensure high standards of care, safety, and well-being at all times.

What We're Looking For



Qualifications

: B.Ed or equivalent Level 3 Early Years qualification (mandatory).

Experience

: 2-3 years working with preschool-aged children.

Skills

: Excellent written and verbal communication for planning, observations, and assessments. Strong organizational skills and punctuality. A creative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to early years education.

Passion

: A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive.

Team Player

: A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to collaboration.
