Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a meaningful difference in children's lives? Copthorne Prep School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming and well-established nursery team.

You will be part of a nurturing and inspiring environment where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and every child is supported to thrive.

You will be working in our newly renovated Nursery within the grounds of Copthorne Prep School. As well as our well-resourced nursery and dedicated outdoor area, we have full use of the school facilities and specialist teachers including the onsite forest school.

What You Will Do:

Deliver engaging, child-centred activities in line with the EYFS Be a key person for a small group of children, supporting their care and learning Create a safe, stimulating space where children feel confident and cared for Build positive relationships with families through daily communication Contribute to a collaborative and professional team culture

What We Are Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification Experience in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices Kind, dedicated and a true team player Confident with platforms such as Tapestry
