In this role, you'll:
Foster a love of learning in children aged 0-5 through creative, child-led experiences Observe, record, and assess children's development, ensuring progress and next steps are met Collaborate with your team and room leader to maintain an engaging and safe environment Build strong bonds with families and provide daily feedback Support and mentor junior staff or students (where applicable)
We're looking for:
A Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (minimum) Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety Confidence, reliability, and a calm, caring nature Willingness to grow and develop within the setting
