Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. You will be responsible for supporting children's development and well-being while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Responsibilities



Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and milestones. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being. Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all children. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive atmosphere that meets the needs of all children. Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging good manners among children.

Skills



Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow staff members. Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for driving children's learning through creative play and exploration. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with children and families alike.
