Working Hours & Shift Pattern




Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts typically follow a rota pattern across opening hours, with breaks provided in accordance with policy. Occasional overtime may be available depending on setting needs.




This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, high-quality early years nursery in Ealing. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development in a nurturing, child-led environment. Key Responsibilities




Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework Act as a Key Worker and build strong relationships with children and families Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity and learning Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all age groups Follow safeguarding procedures, DBS requirements and Ofsted standards Maintain accurate records, observations and assessments Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high-quality practice Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence Contribute to room planning, team discussions and wider nursery initiatives Uphold health and safety, hygiene and risk assessment standards

Requirements




Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) Experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator or Childcare Practitioner Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted requirements Positive, caring and proactive approach with a genuine passion for early years Ability to work effectively within a team environment
