We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Level 3 childcare qualification and experience working with young children in a nursery setting. You will be responsible for supporting the daily care, learning, and development of children, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and support to children in accordance with the nursery curriculum. Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's development. Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records. Support children's emotional, social, and physical development. Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential). Experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures. Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development.
