You'll be a key driver of high-quality early education across the nursery supporting teams, developing practice, and making sure every child's learning journey is rich, playful, and purposeful.

What You'll Be Doing (and Loving):

Supporting and developing high-quality practice across the nursery Working alongside teams to enhance learning experiences and environments Championing child-led learning and bringing Curriculum for Excellence to life Mentoring practitioners, sharing ideas, and encouraging professional growth Helping teams spot those magical learning moments and build on them Supporting observations, planning, and assessment in meaningful, engaging ways Being a positive, motivating presence who lifts practice and inspires confidence

You'll be hands-on, forward-thinking, and passionate about creating environments where children feel curious, confident, and excited to learn.
