Working Hours & Shift Pattern
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rota basis. Shifts fall within standard nursery opening hours and include regular breaks. No weekend or late-night working is required, offering excellent work-life balance and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences
Observe, assess, and accurately record children's progress
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Build positive, professional relationships with parents and carers
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are always upheld
Contribute to room planning, documentation, and reflective practice
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)
Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
Warm, caring, and child-centred approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to create engaging and supportive learning experiences
